Junkyard Dan
Junkyard Dan is an offshoot writing project for Danny Maxwell. As a kid, this scrappy boy loved watching professional wrestling, and his brothers tagged him JYD after his favorite wrestler, The Junkyard Dog.
Junkyard Dan represents a collection of songs Danny's written over the years – that have either slipped through the cracks or didn't make the cut in his other projects – only to be "thumped" on to analog tape as a solo project debut.
JYD's cassette single Someday b/w Leverage was released on Max Trax Records September 1, 2017.
